Sheriff David G. Beth has initiated the Sheriff’s Volunteers, a new program for civilians who would like to volunteer their services. As a Sheriff’s Volunteer you will become an integral part of the department’s daily operations. The Sheriff’s Department needs assistance in:
Assisting at Kenosha Sheriff’s Department community events
Filling administrative paperwork
Providing building tours
The above duties are just a few of the skills and duties constantly being sought by the department.
Sheriff’s Volunteers must pass a screening process, brief orientation and then they can serve up to 20 hours per week. Volunteers receive department credentials and a Sheriff’s Volunteer polo style shirt. Volunteers will be assigned an immediate supervisor who coordinates their schedule.
How to Sign Up
If you are interested in contributing your time and expertise, please submit a Sheriff’s Volunteer application (PDF) to Sergeant Mark Malecki. You may print the application and drop it off at the Sheriff’s Department front counter at: Kenosha Sheriff’s Department
